Any order for less than the customer’s pre-set minimum will be subject to a minimum order fee. Fuel Surcharge: Each new invoice is subject to a flat rate nominal fuel surcharge. TERMS AND CONDITIONS • TERMES ET CONDITIONS C Payment Terms Our standard payment terms are Net 10th of the month following the closing date of the invoice (Net 10th prox) We are pleased to extend credit terms to qualified customers with satisfactory financial ratings. Obligations that are not paid on time, may require cash in advance or C.O.D. shipment. Past due balances are subject to a charge of up to 2% per month or less as required by law. Any discrepancies on invoices must be claimed (in writing) within 10 days of the invoice date. Extended Payment Terms: Extended payment terms may be offered for our Trade Show, Booking programs or other programs offered from time to time. To qualify for extended payment term, dealer account must be current and in good standing. Trade show and booking orders are not able to shipped COD. Returns All returns must be pre-approved by the company. No return goods can be accepted without first receiving a “Returned Goods Authorization” (RGA) number from our office. Please have the original invoice number when requesting an RGA number. Mark this RGA number clearly on all cartons. All items will be inspected prior to credit being issued. All returns must be shipped to our warehouse freight prepaid. Collect shipments will be refused. All carton(s) must have a “Return Goods Authorization” number on them or they will be refused. Stocked Items: Upon approval, you may return any current, nonwarranty item, received within 15 calendar days of purchase. These items must be in the original, unopened and unmarked packages. Any item returned after 15 days will be subject to a 20% handling charge. Items after 30 days are not eligible for return. Any item that must be repackaged is subject to refusal and returned to customer or subject to additional re-packaging charge. Shipping Errors: Please contact us immediately! To be considered for claim, discrepancies must be received in writing by our office within 10 business days. Incorrect merchandise must be returned to us promptly so we can issue credit. Return freight on shipping errors will be credited to the dealer account. PLEASE NOTE: Any merchandise lost or damaged in shipment becomes the delivery carrier’s responsibility. You must file a claim for lost or damaged merchandise directly with the carrier. Always count the number of cartons being delivered before signing the delivery receipt. Warranty Claims: The company follows the Manufacturer specific warranty policy(s)in determining a claim. We rely on the approval of the factory or their authorized representative to determine warranty eligibility. The company at their discretion will issue credit for approved warranty claims to the dealer account . For specific information regarding warranty of a particular item please contact our office for disposition and instructions. Where possible warranty goods should be sent directly to the factory’s authorized warranty center. Labour claims and other warranty expenses must be explicitly approved directly by the factory. Additional fees beyond standard ground freight will be added to the invoice. Small package courier/delivery services: Each customer will each have a minimum order value assigned to their account. Orders meeting this minimum will be shipped prepaid and freight will not be added to the invoice. Orders not meeting this minimum order policy will be assessed the current Minimum order fee in effect.
