White COLOR PIGMENT Epoxy based liquid colorants used to tint the epoxy mixture to provide an even color base for the final finish system. The colored surfaces also tend to highlight flaws and imperfections. Add to the mixed resin/hardener at a rate of approximately one teaspoon of pigment to 8 fl. oz. of epoxy. One 4 fl. oz. bottle will tint approximately 1 1/2 gal. of epoxy. Pigmented epoxy will degrade under sunlight-not intended as an exterior finish. Item# Size Pack 655-8002 7" 2 Specially designed, high-density polyurethane foam rollers. Ideal for epoxy application. Can be cut into shorter lengths to match area. ROLLER COVERS An easy to use 2-part system for quick repairs, tooling and general bonding. May be used in spot applications to hold parts together while standard epoxy bonds cure. Bonds to wood, fiberglass and metal. Not recommended for long term bonds subject to high loads or moisture. Cures in 3-5 minutes. Combines the strength and reliability of a two-part WEST SYSTEM® epoxy in a point-and-shoot package. The self-metering coaxial cartridge meters the proper ratio of epoxy resin and hardener from a multi-chambered tube that fits in any standard caulking gun. Bonds to wood, metals, fiberglass and concrete. Six10's shear thinning properties make it "thinner" as it's worked. It can be easily tooled into a nonsagging fillet or used to wet out light to moderate reinforcing fabrics like fiberglass. The hardener provides a long open time but has fast thru-cure. Stays workable in the static mixer for 42 minutes, making it practical for long or complicated assemblies. Includes one 600 Static Mixer. A fine fiber blend used as a thickening additive that builds volume quickly and blends easily to create a multi-purpose adhesive especially for bonding wood. Epoxy thickened with microfibers has good gap filling qualities while retaining excellent wetting/ penetrating capability. Cures to an off-white color. A thickening additive developed for maximum physical properties in hardware bonding where high cyclic loads are anticipated. It can also be used for filleting and gap filling where maximum strength is necessary. Cures to an off-white color. A strong, wood-toned filler good for use in glue joints and fillets on naturally-finished wooden interiors. The improved formula mixes easily with epoxy and allows for smooth fillets with little sanding. Consistent brown and can be used to modify other shades of WEST SYSTEM fillers. Off-White COLLOIDAL SILICA A thickening additive used to control the viscosity of the epoxy and prevent epoxy runoff in vertical and overhead joints. Very strong filler that creates a smooth mixture, ideal for general bonding and filleting. It is also our most versatile filler. Often used in combination with other fillers, it can be used to improve the strength, abrasion resistance and consistency of fairing compounds, resulting in a tougher, smoother surface. Cures to an off-white color. A blended microballoon-based filler used to make fairing putties that are easy to sand or carve. Reasonably strong on a strength-to-weight basis. Cures to a dark red/brown color. Ideal low-density filler for creating light, easily-worked fairing compound especially suited for fairing large areas. Handles well and mixes with greater ease than #407 low-density filler or micro balloons. Approximately 30% easier to sand. More economical for large fairing jobs. Cures to light tan color. A proprietary blend designed to improve cured epoxy's moisture-exclusion effectiveness. Also increases epoxy's abrasion resistance and is an excellent additive for providing barrier coating to help prevent gelcoat blistering. A very fine black powder which can be mixed with WEST SYSTEM epoxy to produce a low friction exterior coating surface. Increases scuff resistance and durability. Mixture is also used on rudders, centerboards and racing craft bottoms that are dry sailed. Is not an antifoulant. Provides a mar resistant surface. Mixture can be used on teak deck construction to simulate traditional caulking and to protect resin from sunlight. Add up to 10% by volume or 8 fl. oz. of epoxy. White Gray
