STRICTLY WHOLESALE - TO THE TRADE ONLY

Our policy is to service and sell only to marine and recreation oriented companies.

LAND ‘N’ SEA INTERNATIONAL

With worldwide coverage. Our staff has jointly more than 150 years dealing in the export field. They are experts and

well versed in their area of responsibility. We communicate in English, Spanish, and French.

BUSINESS HOURS

8:00 am to 5:30 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday.

ORDERING

The most important item to use is our part number and give quantity needed. You also need to add size, color, finish,

voltage, head style, etc., as added information to better identify the product.

SPECIAL ORDERS

As an accommodation to our customers, we will place orders with manufacturers that we represent for non stock

or out of stock merchandise subject to our special order or special priority order policy. Please consult your

representative or our office for details. Special order merchandise is non-returnable. In addition, there is a $20.00

minimum order requirement for all Special Orders, and any freight or drop ship charge from the factory will be added

to the invoice amount.

PRICES

All prices in this catalog are suggested list prices at time of issuance and are subject to change without prior notice.

Current prices are available upon request through quotations, pro-forma invoices or

www.landnsea.net

. Orders will

be shipped at prices prevailing at time of shipment.

CREDIT TERMS

Accounts are due net 30 days, unless otherwise indicated. Accounts with no established credit will be shipped on

cash with order basis, confirmed letter of credit or on C.O.D., and sight draft providing a 33% deposit is sent with

order. All past due invoices and drafts may be subject to up to a 2% monthly service charge.

SHIPPING

Customer should advise method of shipment. We will use our own judgment if we receive no instructions. All

orders are packed in cartons and or pallets, properly labeled and acceptable for air or ocean shipment at no extra

cost. There will be a cost, however, for any special packaging, such as crating, etc. All shipments are F.O.B. our

warehouses or factories. We also offer shipping service via parcel post, priority, first class, air parcel post, express

mail and courier service. Orders may be subject to fuel surcharges.

DAMAGE/LOSS/SHORTAGE

Our packing is done with care to insure that your order is received in good condition. Any shortage or discrepancy

in packing discovered at time of receipt of shipment should be reported to us within 5 days. Damage, shortage of

packages or merchandise (if package has been tampered with) should be reported and claim instituted with the

transportation company.
